Here You Go!, Here you go

Here You Go is a Pittsburgh-based community project that gives out yellow umbrellas to people caught in the rain and asks them to pay forward the kindness by doing something nice for someone else.

Stamped, waterproof postcards are attached to each umbrella for recipients to report their act of kindness back to Here You Go. Returned postcards are showcased here so you can watch the kindness continue!

Here you go is a social project intended to inspire good will. A few good Pittsburghers are handing out umbrellas when we see people drenched and stuck in the rain (and we Pittsburghers know that it rains a lot). Who wouldn’t feel touched by this gesture? So then, IF YOU WANT TO, you can do something nice for someone else. It really doesn’t matter what it is. You actually don’t have to do anything if you don’t want to. But if you do, please tell us what you’ve done by writing about it (either here, or on the postcard that was attached to your umbrella) and we’ll post it on this site!
